Project overview
A split bearing housing developed for a high-speed spindle platform operating continuously at 12,000 RPM. The geometry is fully parametric, so bore diameter, bolt pattern and flange thickness can be driven from a single configuration table. Every face that touches a bearing race is toleranced to ISO H7, with runout callouts referenced to datum A. The model ships with machined drawings, a CAM-ready STEP body and flat patterns for the sheet-metal guard. FEA was run under combined radial and axial preload; peak von Mises stress stays below 40% of yield for 6061-T6.
